Moonrock will issue you with three documents - a Statement of Fact, Policy Schedule, and Evidence of Cover. The Policy Schedule is the official policy document and proof of cover, so please upload this, as part of your rental application.
As part of the insurance application process, all rental equipment must be insured under the Non-Owned Electronic Equipment or Rented Goods section to ensure we can dispatch the equipment as quickly as possible.
